Field Coordinator

Job brief

The primary responsibility of the Field Coordinator is to oversee and coordinate field activities. 

Skills Required:

  1. Strong communication and organizing skills.
  2. Good language and communication skills. Preferably passed 10th  Standard
  3. Ability to work in small teams and be flexible.
  4. Proficient in report writing and case study compilation.
  5. Capable of maintaining simple field records and working in field conditions with travel to various sites.
  6. Should possess community motivator skills and be adept at rapport building.
  7. Should be able to read, write and communicate with clarity in Kannada, English is optional but will be helpful. Minimum of 2 years of work experience which includes

Preferred Candidates:

  • Residents of Bangalore with proficiency in Kannada and English.
  • Salary: Rs. 9,000 per month.
