Job brief
The primary responsibility of the Field Coordinator is to oversee and coordinate field activities.
Skills Required:
- Strong communication and organizing skills.
- Good language and communication skills. Preferably passed 10th Standard
- Ability to work in small teams and be flexible.
- Proficient in report writing and case study compilation.
- Capable of maintaining simple field records and working in field conditions with travel to various sites.
- Should possess community motivator skills and be adept at rapport building.
- Should be able to read, write and communicate with clarity in Kannada, English is optional but will be helpful. Minimum of 2 years of work experience which includes
Preferred Candidates:
- Residents of Bangalore with proficiency in Kannada and English.
- Salary: Rs. 9,000 per month.
