Project Manager

Job brief

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team, ” Jeeva” strives to build a society where all people can live in peace and express themselves freely irrespective of their gender identity or sexual orientation.

Responsibilities

• Familiarity with English and Kannada – speaking and writing skills.
• Ability to work in small teams, and flexible ways of working
• Proficiency in data analysis, report writing, case study compilation
• At least 10 days in the field visit required.
• Ability to conduct meetings, training programmes, know computer and report writing.
• Ability to listen, learn and communicate to and with community members.

Requirements

 She/he should be a graduate in any discipline of Social Sciences preferably with 3 year experience working with marginalized populations, preferably some experience and work related to Sexual Minority rights and services.

Salary:  Basic 15,000 per month, Finalization of salary will be based on experience.
